Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

All orders from Africasokoni are processed and delivered between 1-7 business days, depending on your location. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays, and by business days, we mean from Monday to Friday.

The rates charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location (through zoning). Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to change your mind if you decide not to proceed.

All orders above KES 5,000 will be delivered free of charge to any locations in Kenya. For orders below this, Africasokoni will apply a flat charge (of KES 200 for small size items, KES 400 for medium size items and KES 5,000 for large items) on your shipment.

Refund Policy

Purchases on Africasokoni may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

o be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
